A container cap having a straw is provided to let a user drink beverage without separating the cap from a container inlet and to secure use convenience by making the straw penetrate into a sealing member bonded at the container inlet by vertically setting up the straw and then pressing the straw downward. A container cap having a straw(18) is composed of a body(16) installed at a container inlet(14) sealed by a sealing member(24) protecting the content stored in a container(10) and provided with a predetermined inner space; the straw disposed in the body, and vertically set up and pressed to penetrate into the sealing member; and a connecting film(20) connected between an inner peripheral surface of the body and an outer peripheral surface of the straw to seal up the inner peripheral surface of the body, horizontally dispose the straw in the body, and guide the straw to be vertically moved.
