A multifunctional stand for an X-ray device is provided to improve usage efficiency of an X-ray photosensitive monitor by accurately regulating a rotation angle of the X-ray photosensitive monitor. A multifunctional stand for an X-ray device includes an upward stand body(3) and a body rotating unit(4). A monitor fixing mount(2) is arranged on the upward stand body to ascend and descend. The body rotating unit rotates the upward stand body by a predetermined angle. The body rotating unit includes a basic mount(41), a lower ball base(42), a ring-type ball bearing assembly(43), an upper ball base(44), a rotation base(45), a fixing axis(46), and a support bearing(47). A hollow bearing mount unit(411) is formed on the basic mount. Plural ball bearings are formed in a ring-like shape to make the ring-type ball bearing assembly. The upper ball base fixes the ring-type ball bearing assembly at an upper portion thereof. The rotation base is fixed on the upper ball base. The upward stand body is fixed at an upper portion of the fixing axis. The support bearing is arranged on the fixing axis and bearing guiding grooves on the upper and lower ball bases.
