<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person's image to be constantly printed with high image quality. <P>SOLUTION: A part, in which the person's teeth is seen, is detected from among image data to be printed, so that image data (representative image data) representing image data on the part can be generated. After the image data on the teeth part are corrected so that the representative image data can correspond to target data which are preset as the preferable color of the person's teeth, the image is printed on the basis of the acquired image data. The correction of the color of the person's teeth to the preferable color enables the person's image to be printed with an agreeable impression. This prevents the misunderstanding that the whole image is lower in quality than a real image because the person in the image cannot be seen with the preferable impression, and enables the printing of the high-quality image on which the performance of the printer is sufficiently exerted.
