<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover for protecting a personal computer when not used and is available as a forearm rest or a chair cushion when using the personal computer and effectively dissipating heat from a bottom face of a main body part when using the personal computer on the protective cover. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional solid knitted work superior in cushioning property and air permeability is used as a material to constitute the protective cover provided with a first protective face 5, a second protective face 6, a rear protective face 11, a front protective face 7, left protective face 9L, and a right protective face 9R. Respective protective faces are formed by dividing the three-dimensional solid knitted work being developed, by seam lines 15. A connection piece 8 comprising a flap 18 and a pair of female and male dual-lock fasteners 19F and 19M is provided in an outer edge of the front protective face 7.
