<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the interest for a game by providing a user with a new game nature by allowing a game value acquired by either of an RPG or a pachinko-slot simulator to be used in the other too. <P>SOLUTION: A role playing game can be played with a computer based on a game program. Under a condition while playing, for instance, when a character who is a hero enters a casino in the flow of a tale, a game screen display processing is performed (steps S316, 317). By this, shift from the role playing game to the game of the pachinko-slot simulator occurs.
