PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film holder capable adjusting the position of a film in depth of field by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The film holder is placed on the document table of a flat bed type image scanner. The film holder includes: a main body for holding a film on the document table; and a spacer used to change a distance from the film to the document table and attached to the main body by snap fit so as to be detachable.
