PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ignore the arranging space of a spark quenching element in a plane view by securing an effective conductor up to the opening angle of the magnetic poles of a magnet to get high efficiency. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 1 has a commutator arranged at the rotating center on its one side, and a bearing 2 provided at the rotating center on the other side. At least a first and a second winding type air core coils 3A, 3B, which are superposed upon each other, being shifted by 60°in an arrangement opening angle in roughly the magnetized pole opening angle of a magnet Mg to which the effective conductors are assembled, are provided to the surrounding of the bearing. At least a part of the spark quenching element 5 is arranged, using the space formed by shifting and superposing the effective conductor, and an eccentric weight 4 is arranged so as not allow the spark quenching element to project from the upper surface of the upper superposed winding type air core coil.
