PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a photograph is damaged and the positioning of a photograph is difficult since the photograph is stuck to a mount with an adhesive tape or glue, and the mount and a pressing plate are not made in close contact with each other and the photograph is shifted since the mount and the pressing plate can not be fixed in the type of clamping the photograph by the mount and the pressing plate. SOLUTION: The photograph-holder utilizes a magnet 2 attached to the mount 1, and the photograph is repeatedly and easily fixed, positioned, attached and detached with the photograph pressing plate 4 of a material to be attracted to the magnet.
