PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which prevents failure in detection at the ball inlet sensor arranged particularly at the lower position to which the distance from a ball inlet port becomes long among ball inlet sensors which are on the lower side of the ball inlet port and are arranged at the upper position or the lower position. SOLUTION: A mahjong ball game machine is equipped with a plurality of ball inlet ports arranged in a row in a lateral direction on the lower side of a game board 2, and a plurality of ball inlet sensors 41D which are below respective plural ball inlet ports, are arranged at the upper position and the lower position, pass the game ball entered into the ball inlet port, and detect the passage. A protruded part 40a protruding in a falling orbit range X linearly connecting the ball inlet port and the passage hole 41a of the ball inlet sensor 41D is disposed between the ball inlet port corresponding to the ball inlet sensor 41D at the lower position among ball inlet sensors arranged at the upper position and the lower position and the ball inlet sensor 41D.
