PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a connection shaft connecting right and left seat reclining units so as not to fall out. SOLUTION: The seat reclining units for turning seat backs are provided to the right and left of a vehicle seat, and the connection shafts 3 are inserted respectively through spline engagement to the inside of center shafts 13 which are the input side rotating members of the respective seat reclining units. At one of the right and left ends of the connection shaft 3, a stopper part 3b formed by projecting a part of a spline tooth 3a to the side part of the spline gear tooth 3a is formed on one spline gear tooth 3a constituting the spline engagement.
