PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the fraudulence involving the replacement of a wire harness or a control board. SOLUTION: A backup power supply 2b is disposed in a power supply part 205, and the backup power is fed to a voltage reduction detecting semi-conductor element (RTC) 2c of a subordinate board 2 via a main board 1 and a second wire harness WH2 to be detached in the fraudulence. If the main board 1 or the second wire harness WH2 is detached, a voltage low flag (VLF) of the RTC 2c is set. The setting of the flag is detected by a determination part 2d, which announces the error in such a way using sound and light, if necessary, as humans can sense. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
