An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to arrange a refrigerant pipe and internal wires with a predetermined distance from each other by using a wire holder, thereby preventing damage of the internal wires caused by the contact with the refrigerant pipe and guaranteeing normal operation of the air conditioner. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes a main body formed with an internal space, and internal wires for supplying power to a plurality of component parts mounted in the internal space of the main body and transmitting various signals. A refrigerant pipe is connected to the component parts and guides flow of refrigerant. A wires holder(400) prevents the internal wires from contacting the refrigerant pipe, and has a pipe coupling part(440) for the refrigerant pipe, a wire coupling part(420) for the internal wires, and a wires inlet/outlet(430) formed at a side of the wires coupling part for inserting or withdrawing the wires.
