The fixing element (1) has a one-piece oblong sleeve (2) with an outwardly protruding collar (3) at the upper end of the sleeve in the insertion direction of the fixing element and an inwardly protruding collar (4) at the lower end. The sleeve is made of stainless steel and the collar at the upper end can be extended by a disk-shaped element. An independent claim is also included for a system for fixing a sandwich element to a substructure.
