A device, a program, and a method for ordering image formation, a server and a server program for forming an image, a processing method of an image forming server, an image forming controller, and a program and an image forming method thereof are provided to enable remote users to easily distribute/perform a printing job order by using mobile terminals. A user ID information obtainer obtains information identifying a source/target mobile terminal(108a,108b) from the source mobile terminal as user ID information. A printing job output part outputs printing target image data by linking with the user ID information. The user ID information includes a mobile number of the source or target mobile terminal. A storing part(12) stores the user ID information by linking with the printing target image data. An image data extractor extracts the printing target image data related to the user ID information corresponding to the user ID information received from the target mobile terminal.
