<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire superior images, on both bright and dark environment without mechanically switching optical filter. <P>SOLUTION: A first pixel for receiving visible light and non-visible light and a second pixel for receiving non-visible light are provided. During night time and the like, a first image processing mode for generating image data having pixel data, according to light receive level of both visible and non-visible light based on an output of the first pixel, is implemented. During daytime and the like, a second image processing mode for generating image data having pixel data, according to the level obtained by subtracting the second pixel output level from the first pixel output level, namely, to the light-receiving level of visible light is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
