<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a control circuit section from inhibiting an air flow for cooling a power circuit section, and improving a cooling performance in a controller integrated dynamo-electric machine provided with the power circuit section and the control circuit section. <P>SOLUTION: The dynamo-electric machine is provided with the power circuit section 30 having switching elements 30a, 30b for converting DC power into AC power and supplying the AC power to the dynamo-electric machine 2, the control circuit section 32 for controlling the switching elements 30a, 30b in the power circuit section 30, and a rotational position detecting sensor 4 disposed on a rotating shaft 22 and detecting a rotation of the rotating shaft 22. The control circuit section 32 is disposed in a position in which the power circuit section 30 is not disposed when it is viewed in the direction of the rotating shaft, and radially and outwardly shifted so as to prevent the rotational position detecting sensor 4 from being overlapped when it is viewed in the direction of the rotating shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
