MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF EXCLUSIVE ACCOUNT FOR TELEGRAPH POLE SITE CHARGES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily treat telegraph pole site charges generated on an organization which supplies electric power and owns facilities for supplying the electric power, and to efficiently manage the charges at an exclusive account.

SOLUTION: The management system comprises: a virtual account creation means 21 for creating a virtual account for a land owner 4 by specifying the land owner 4 from a database 25 to exclusively conduct transaction at an exclusive account opened at a predetermined financial institution 3 for exclusively treating the telegraph pole site charges; an authorization means 22 for giving usage authority of the exclusive account to the land owner 4; a card issue direction means 23 for directing the financial institution 3 to issue a card for drawing a predetermined amount of money from the exclusive account to the land owner 4 to whom the usage authority is given; and a management means 24 for managing so that the telegraph pole charges matched to the land owner 4 who owns the card are paid to the land owner 4 from the exclusive account through the virtual account by conducting card transaction with the financial institution 3.
