<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus which, without lowering luminance to a lighting object, can illuminate the object with almost uniform luminance. <P>SOLUTION: An ultraviolet light is emitted from a light emitting element, and the ultraviolet light, emitted from the light emitting element, is converted into a light of different wavelength. The lighting apparatus comprises at least one light emitting element which emits the ultraviolet light and an incident face, where the ultraviolet light emitted by the light-emitting element enters and a phosphor layer containing a phosphor substance to convert the incident ultraviolet light into a light of a different wavelength containing a visible light and an ejecting face, to eject the converted light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
