摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-transmissive type liquid crystal display device in which an after image can be reduced even when the semi-transmissive type liquid crystal display device adopts such a constitution that a transparent conductive film made of aluminum 28 and an ITO or the like thereon are disposed in a reflection region 17.

SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device having a transmission region 18 and the reflection region 17 in one pixel: a pixel electrode in the transmission region 18 is constituted of a first transparent conductive film 291; a pixel electrode in the reflection region 17 is formed by laminating aluminum 28 on a high melting point metal 27 and disposing a second transparent conductive film 292 on the aluminum 28, and the second transparent conductive film 292 and the high melting point metal 27 in the reflection region 17 are in contact with each other at an end part 32 of the high melting point metal 27.
