<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving circuit for an optical reflection sensor that can be downsized, and whose power consumption and cost are lowered. <P>SOLUTION: A drain (D) of a FET 1 is connected to a positive side (Vcc) of a DC power supply (not shown), a source (S) is connected to a cathode of a light receiving element 2, and an anode of the light receiving element 2 is connected to a negative side (GND) of the DC power supply. Further, a connection part between the source (S) of the FET 1 and the cathode of the light receiving element 2 is connected to one electrode of a capacitive element 3 and an input terminal of an inverter 4 with a hysteresis characteristic, the other electrode of the capacitive element 3 is connected to GND, and an output terminal of the inverter 4 acts like a supply terminal of an external output signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
