PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication cable having a power line and a signal line capable of providing stable power supply. SOLUTION: A mobile phone is connected to a personal computer with an USB cable or the like, having the power line and the signal line, with the provision for a voltage control means (114) for controlling one end of the power line to be a predetermined voltage.
