PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of easily positioning a display panel when the display is assembled even when there is tolerance between the display panel and the panel frame. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises: the liquid crystal display panel 10; the panel frame 20 surrounding a part of the outer periphery 10d of the liquid crystal display panel; and an O-ring 30 having elasticity between a part of the outer periphery 10d of the liquid crystal display panel 10 and the panel frame 20.
