PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device which generates a high-resolution image by extending a band in a cross range direction. SOLUTION: A first and second radars are arranged at different angles as a view from a target, and the target is observed in the same frequency band respectively, and processing for allowing phases of acquired received signal spectrums to match each other is performed by using a two-dimensional mutual coherent means. Then, a continuous spectrum having an extended band width is generated by interpolating or extrapolating in the cross range direction received signal spectrums whose phase are allowed to match each other by a one-dimensional band extension means, and the range and the cross range of the continuous spectrum are compressed by a compression means, and outputted as a target observation image.
