A method and a device for managing website bookmarks and auto-login are provided to enable a user to manage favorite websites using a bookmark function, automatically log in to the websites, and perform mail checking and search by connecting to a service providing server with various user terminals connectable to the Internet irrespective of a place. A program register(h101) constructs a program database(d101) by receiving a program package including a service screen generating program, an auto-login program, a website analyzing program, and other service programs. A program transmitter(h102) transmits the program package to the user terminal. A user register(h103) constructs a member information database(d102) by receiving user information from the user. A user authenticator(h104) authenticates the user by receiving and comparing member authentication information from the user terminal with the user information stored in the member information database. An interface provider(h105) reads a bookmarked website list from a bookmark management database(d103) of each user and transmits the read bookmarked website list to the user terminal.
