A light emitting device and an electronic device are provided to reduce a power consumption of the light emitting device by improving a light coupling efficiency from a second electrode of the light emitting device. A light emitting device includes a substrate(100), a first electrode(101), a light emitting layer(102), a second electrode(103), and plural structures(104). The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The light emitting layer is arranged on the first electrode. The second electrode is laminated on the light emitting layer. The structures are selectively arranged on a surface of the second electrode. The second electrode transfers the light which is generated at the light emitting layer. |
