A wall-mounted ultrasonic humidifier is provided to reduce the size of a water box by employing automatic water supply function, thereby minimizing the humidifier and detachably mount the water box to a housing for simple repair or cleaning. A wall-mounted ultrasonic humidifier includes a housing(10) having a rear plate(10a) fixed to a wall surface, and a water box(30) detachably mounted to the rear plate and having a water storing space connected to the outside via a drain path. A water supply pipe(24) is connected to a water supply source and the water box. Automatic water supply elements such as sensors(70,72) control water supply for the water box via the water supply pipe for keeping a predetermined water level in the water box, wherein the sensors are connected to a power supply(50) via connectors(59a,59b). An oscillator(40) atomizes the water in the storing space into fine water particles.
