<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for cooling an electric storage device without increasing the fuel consumption of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: An internal medium 58.1 vaporized by evaporation is absorbed by absorbent 56.1, so that the internal medium 58.1 can be continuously evaporated, and a cooling medium cooled by the heat of vaporization is supplied to a heat exchanging part 36 for generating cold air, and cold air 72 is generated. Then, absorbent 56.2 is heated by a heating medium to be supplied from a heat exchanging part 38 for heating to a heat exchanging part 54.2 for removal, and the removal of an internal medium 58.2 absorbed by the absorbent 56.2 is started. Then, a control part 60 sends a control instruction to connection parts 62 and 64 so that inverse reactions can be generated in absorption removal parts 50.1 and 50.2.
