<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly receive a calling-back call brought from an urgent-call receiving stand stored in a public telephone network at an urgent-call sender terminal, without holding a connection session to the urgent call in a VoIP network. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal of a VoIP gateway apparatus storage sends the urgent call. After a call from the terminal side is cut, the VoIP gateway apparatus controls a sending from the terminal for a prescribed term. With regard to a receiving call to the terminal during the sending control term, the VoIP gateway apparatus conducts identification of the urgent-call call back by information, to show that it is an added urgent-call call back.
