<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspicious telephone call discrimination program capable of discriminating a suspicious telephone call from a telephone caller who has not been registered, in advance. <P>SOLUTION: The suspicious telephone call discrimination program comprises a telephone call content acquiring step (S1) of acquiring the telephone call content; an assignment information extracting step (S4) of extracting assignment information named by the telephone caller from the telephone call content; an assignment decision step (S5) of deciding whether assignment information contains misinformation, with reference to a corporation database, having registered corporation information relating to a corporation; a telephone call content decision step (S11), of when the assignment information contains no misinformation, deciding whether the telephone call content contains an NG keyword with reference to an NG keyword database, in which the words and phrases used in a telephone call from a false statement person are registered; and a notification step (S17), of when the assignment information contains any erroneous information, or when the telephone call content contains the NG keyword, notifying that this call is a suspicious telephone call. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
