<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dropping of an arm metal on an operator at emergency restoration work or reinforcement work, and to prevent tilting of the arm metal that is mounted under strong wind such as typhoon. <P>SOLUTION: The arm metal fixing structure comprises: a support body 5 for supporting an arm metal 1 on which an insulator or the like is mounted to an electric pole 2 in tangential direction; a pair of bands 10 of which one ends are fixed on both ends of the support body 5 while the other ends are free; and fastening members B and N for fastening the other ends of the pair of bands 10. The length of the support body 5 in a horizontal direction is almost identical with the diameter of the electric pole 2 or smaller than that, while the length in a vertical direction is larger than the width dimension of the arm metal 1. One end parts of the bands 10 are so fixed to the support body 5 that the arm metal 1 is supported horizontally and the horizontal support is maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
