<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device inhibiting the deterioration of torque transmission efficiency even if a pump rotation shaft is set horizontally. <P>SOLUTION: The pump device includes a pump housing, a drive shaft rotatably supported by the pump housing, an inner rotor driven and rotated by the drive shaft and including external teeth, an outer rotor including inner teeth meshing with the external teeth of the inner rotor and a drive source driving and rotating the drive shaft. The drive shaft is arranged roughly perpendicularly to the vertical direction and a meshing part having the minimum pump volume of a plurality of pump chambers formed between the inner rotor and the outer rotor is arranged at a roughly vertical direction upper side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
