<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap enabling a user to drink the stored content without spilling it under a comfortable mouth touched state and without removing the compound hinge cap. <P>SOLUTION: This compound hinge cap 1 is constituted by a cap body 3 having an opening 33 at a top plate, an annular side wall 34 formed to enclose the opening and a threaded part 35 at the inner surface of a skirt part 32, an outer peripheral wall 4 covering the outer surface of the skirt part at the cap body and the outer edge of the top plate, an upper lid 6 connected through a hinge to the outer peripheral wall to cover the top plate of the cap body and an inner plug 5 positioned between the end of the container opening part 2 and the inner surface of the cap body top plate and having an opening planed part 53 formed at a position corresponding to the opening of the cap body top plate. The annular side wall 34 of the cap body is formed with a pouring-out nozzle at a part except a position corresponding to the hinge and at the same time, a drinking port extending upwardly and inwardly is formed at the upper part of the outer peripheral wall and at least corresponding to the pouring nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
