PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote consulting system wherein connection destination mistake by a customer is prevented. SOLUTION: The remote consulting system is characterized by including a customer terminal which a customer uses at its remote consulting, a first called terminal for accepting the remote consulting from the customer, a second called terminal for accepting a remote consulting transferred from the first called terminal, and a connection control unit for controlling the connection between the terminals, wherein the customer terminal, the first called terminal, the second called terminal, and the connection control unit are connected by a network, the customer terminal establishes communication with the first called terminal to execute remote consulting communication, the first called terminal establishes communication with the second called terminal to transfer the remote consulting communication to the second called terminal, and the second called terminal establishes communication with the customer terminal to continue the transferred remote consulting communication with the customer terminal.
