PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program conversion system coping with an actual operation state, and generating an optimum target program satisfying performance required by a programmer. SOLUTION: This program conversion system has: a compiler 10 generating the target program from a primitive program according to optimization instruction information; a linker 20 linking the target programs to generate an executable load module; a simulator (or an emulator) 30 executing the load module to generate profile information; a profile analysis processing part 40 comparing the profile information and a performance requirement of the programmer, generating the optimization instruction information such that the performance requirement is satisfied, and imparting it to the compiler 10; and a program loader 50 performing recompilation processing by an instruction of the profile analysis processing part 40.
