PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a failure processing time by appropriately guiding a failure candidate when equipment fails. SOLUTION: This processor is composed of a plurality of sections for carrying out respectively different processing, wherein each section is composed of a control program part, a control circuit part, a driving part, a mechanism part, and the like. The past failure processing history of each part of each section is stored together with the occurrence frequency by a storage means, and in case of failure, the past failure processing history stored in the storage means is read based on a failure occurrence section and a failure occurrence part. A guide of a plurality of high-order failure candidates is displayed in the occurrence frequency order of the read past failure processing history, and the failure candidate based on the failure contents which actually occurred is selected to update the occurrence frequency of the failure processing history of the storage means corresponding to the selected failure candidate.
