PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing and sorting apparatus which is formed in a small space and has a high threshing capacity and a high sorting capacity. SOLUTION: This threshing and sorting apparatus is characterized by disposing a threshing tooth-having threshing cylinder which is rotated on a longitudinal axial center, in a threshing chamber, disposing the first treating chamber therein having the treating tooth-having first treating cylinder which is rotated on a longitudinal axial center, receives filtered materials from the threshing chamber and threshes the materials, on one of the right and left sides of the threshing chamber, disposing a discharged dust-treating chamber therein having a discharged dust-treating cylinder which is rotated on a longitudinal axial center, receives waste straws from the rear portion of the threshing chamber and threshing the waste straws, behind the first treating chamber, disposing the second treating chamber therein having the second treating cylinder which is rotated on a longitudinal axial center, receives filtered materials from the first treating chamber and the discharged dust-treating chamber, and threshes the filtered materials, below the first treating chamber and the discharged dust-treating chamber, disposing a shaken sorting rack below the threshing chamber, the discharged dust-treating chamber and the second treating chamber, and disposing a tailings-lifting machine for lifting tailings sorted with the shaken sorting rack to the second treating chamber.
