PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for separating seed rice, with which sound seed rice is obtained without depending upon a seed selection with salt solution and a vibration specific gravity separation means and incomplete unhulled rice to be used for other purposes is effectively used even if seed rice is not obtained. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for separating seed rice comprises an awning section 2 for feeding seed rice and performing an awning treatment and a separation section 3 for bringing awned seed rice into slidable contact with a separation net surface 8 of a fixed mesh and separating the seed rice. The exterior surface 26 of a machine body 13 having the built-in awning section 2 and separation section 3 is equipped with an unloading port 27 of unloaded material to be separated along in length direction of the separation section 3 and the awning section 2 and an unloading conduit 28 corresponding to the unloading port 27. The unloading conduit 28 is divided into two parts in the length direction, one of the divided part is an unloading port 29 of incomplete unhulled rice and the other is an unloading port 30 of awn. A blower 31 for sending air in the length direction of the upper part of the unloading conduit 28 is installed at the upper part position of one side of the unloading port 28.
