A rotary opening and closing structure of a cover is provided to connect and separate a box and the cover easily and permit the cover separated from the box to be secured at one side of the box. A rotary opening and closing structure of a cover includes a main body(12) and a cover(30). The main body has one side with a holding protrusion(14), an insertion hole(16) formed underneath the holding protrusion, and an inside with a holding protrusion(24). The cover has a hook(34) which corresponds to the holding protrusion. The hook penetrates through the insertion hole and is secured at the holding protrusion through rotation. The cover is fastened to the main body in such a manner that the cover is opened/closed in a rotatable way.
