<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for preventing diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms and pathogenic viruses in breeding animals, and a material for improving the breeding environment of the animals. <P>SOLUTION: The bacteria belonging to the genus Flavobacterium or Pseudomonas have the capacity of inhibiting the proliferation of the pathogenic microorganisms or viruses as well as decomposing organic materials. The feed, feed additive, breeding environment-cleaning agent, proliferation inhibitor of the pathogenic microorganisms, proliferation inhibitor of the pathogenic viruses, decomposing agent of organic materials and growth-accelerating agent of an animal containing the cultured material of the bacteria, bacterial cells or their treated material are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
