<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly convenient service information in sufficient consideration of the position of a moving body communication device. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving navigation information transmitted from the moving body communication device (refer to (2) in figure 1), a center calculates a predicted position of the moving body communication device based on the navigation information (refer to (3) in the figure 1). After calculation of the predicted position, the center retrieves service information (for example, C and D) corresponding to the calculated predicted position from stored service information (refer to (4) in the figure 1).
