PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for motors wherein a substrate is prevented from being exposed to the exterior after a stator is molded and thus there is no possibility that moisture reaches the substrate.

SOLUTION: The stator 100 is so constructed that a substrate 11 mounted with an electronic component is incorporated thereto. The stator includes: a stator insulating portion 24 having protrusions protruded in the axial direction; and a substrate retaining part 40 that is incorporated to the substrate 11, has protrusions 2 extended from the substrate 11 in the vertical direction when it is incorporated to the substrate 11, and is fixed to the protrusions of the stator insulating portion together with the substrate 11. When the stator 100 of a motor is molded, the protrusions 2 of the substrate retaining part 40 are held down by a molding die.
