<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high humidity cold reserving storage storing at low temperature and high humidity preserved objects comprising at least one selected from plants including natural flower, vegetables and fruits and other fresh food articles, and removing ethylene gas generated from the preserved objects to enable long preservation of the preserved objects. <P>SOLUTION: This high humidity cold reserving storage 10 has a sealing chamber 11 which stores preserved objects (A) comprising at least one selected from plants including natural flower, vegetables and fruit and other fresh food articles, a cold reserving means 12 which is set in the sealing chamber 11 and adjusts temperature in the sealing chamber 11 to exceeding 0°C and≤10°C, and a humidifying means 13 which is set in the sealing chamber 11 and humidifies to relative humidity of≥90 %RH through giving moisture to air in the in the sealing chamber 11. The humidifying means 13 is set with an ethylene gas removing material 14 which performs either 1 or 2 of absorption and decomposition of ethylene gas generated from the preserved objects. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
