<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a night soil purification system which is formed in a compact planar shape to enable installation even in a narrow space, and enables the installation of a toilet bowl at a low position. <P>SOLUTION: The night soil purification system comprises a toilet box 18 where a solid-liquid separation type toilet bowl 12, and a liquid tank 14 and a solid tank 16 for receiving washing water containing excrement falling down from the toilet bowl 12 are arranged, a septic tank 20 arranged on the side of the toilet box 18 for purifying the washing water, piping 22 for sending the washing water from the liquid tank 14 into the septic tank 20, piping 24 for introducing the washing water from the septic tank 20 into the toilet bowl 12, and microorganisms comprising aerobic bacteria accommodated in the septic tank 20 for accelerating the decomposition of dirt.
