PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding machine easy to handle, reliable on operation, and comprising spherical oscillation. SOLUTION: This invention relates particularly to an oscillating grinding machine. The grinding machine is provided with a driving motor 2 surrounded by a main body 3 and a drive shaft 4 cooperating with the driving motor 2. The drive shaft is provided with a grinding head 5 that constitutes a support for a grinding product 8. The drive shaft 4 is structured of two pieces, and provided with a main shaft 11 and an eccentric shaft 10 arranged rigidly to the main shaft. The eccentric shaft comprises the center line 12 formed with an angleαagainst the corresponding center line 13 of the main shaft, and consequently, the grinding head 5 is eccentrically arranged in relation to the main shaft 11. The grinding head is arranged so as to be oscillated in a substantially spherical plane provided by the rotation of the main shaft and the eccentricity and inclination of the eccentric shaft in relation to the main shaft.
