PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation device capable of presenting attention stimulating information or the like by specifying a thing or affair confirmed visually by a driver, or capable of re-presenting route guide information to guide surely a route for the driver, and an information presentation program or the like used in presentation control for the information. SOLUTION: This information presentation device has a speaker 17 for outputting the route guide information for guiding the route for the driver driving a vehicle, a visual confirmation position specifying part 12 for detecting a sight line of the driver to specify the thing or affair confirmed visually by a driver, a system control part 18 for determining whether the thing or affair confirmed visually by the driver is the thing or affair relating to the output route guide information or not, and the speaker 17 for re-presenting the route guide information or the attention stimulating information or the like relating to the route guide information, based on the determination therein.
