PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device in which vibration when an eccentric disk is reproduced is suppressed and noise is small. SOLUTION: The optical disk device has a main chassis, a traverse chassis attached to the main chassis, and a cam groove 20b engaging an engaging boss 10a of the traverse chassis, the device is provided with a cam slider 20 elevating the traverse chassis by moving the engaging boss 10a along the cam groove 20b, An L-shaped leaf spring 20e made of resin supporting a lower plane of the engaging boss 10a of the traverse chassis existing at a reproduction position is formed integrally with the cam slider 20.
