PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an application program in the same way as is embeded in target equipment on a development environment without using any emulator, and to easily embed this application program in the target equipment. SOLUTION: When communication is performed by an application body 41, a self-communication part 42 decides whether a communication is to be established with its own processor or any other external equipment connected through a communication line, and when the communication is to be established with the own information processor, the self-communication part 42 performs corresponding processing in its own information processor, and when the communication is to be established with a printer 12 connected through a communication line 13, the self-communication part 42 mediates communication to the printer 12.
