PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate tolerance analysis by changing positions and attitudes in three-dimensional CAD data of respective components to be built in to check the presence or the absence of interference between the components when performing tolerance analysis using three-dimensional CAD. SOLUTION: A tolerance analysis device 20 analyzes a tolerance when building in an inner frame component 31 and an outer frame component 32 constituting a mechanism structure generated by three-dimensional CAD, and includes a dimension generation part 24 for generating dimensional values of the inner frame component 31 and the outer frame component 32 within respective tolerance ranges, a shape construction part 25 for re-constructing generated three-dimensional CAD data of the inner frame component 31 and the outer frame component 32, and an interference check part 26 for arbitrarily changing positions and attitudes in re-constructed three-dimensional CAD data of the inner frame component 31 and the outer frame component 32 to check the presence or the absence of interference between the inner frame component 31 and the outer frame component 32.
