PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed roller cover with simple structure, which can remove paper powder or dust attached to a paper feed roller without using a large-sized cleaning device, and to provide an image forming device having the same. SOLUTION: The paper feed roller cover 13 attached to the paper feed roller 12 is constituted of: an approximately rectangular cover part 131; and a support part 133 supporting the cover part 131 and having mounting parts 134 for mounting the paper feed roller cover 13 to a shaft 121 of the paper feed roller 12. On a rear face side of the cover part 131, that is, a face on a paper feed roller 12 side of the cover part 131 when the paper feed roller cover 13 is mounted to the shaft 121 of the paper feed roller 12, a projection part 132 is formed. In the projection part, a plurality of projections are arranged in line with intervals, and each of the projections is formed in a generally V shape in which both end parts are on a rotational direction tip side of the feed roller 12 with respect to the center part.
