PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store video or video with audio for a given length of time before and after the occurrence of the crime as record of evidence when there is video indicating the occurrence of the violent crime in a car, so as to surely and objectively prove a situation where the crime has been actually committed and thereby to reduce the crime in the car. SOLUTION: The video in the car acquired by a monitor camera 2 is analyzed by a video analyzer 5 to determine whether the crime has occurred or not. When the crime has occurred, moving pictures or successive still pictures stared before the occurrence of the crime by a given length of time and ended after the occurrence of the crime by a given length of time are recorded by adding calender information and audio in an evidence recording device 8.
